How to Use a G-spot Vibrator

Posted by Anna Bergeron on

The G-spot is a sacred place within the female body. Sometimes men and even women themselves can devote significant periods of time to trying to locate this part of the body, seeking out the intense and powerful sexual pleasure it can provide. Men aren’t left out of the fun though, as they can seek to stimulate the prostate (often referred to as the P-spot) to achieve similar feelings of sexual bliss. There’s one thing in common though, both the G-spot and P-spot are notoriously difficult to find and stimulate, due to their unusual locations.

Finding Your G-Spot (Or P-Spot)

In a woman, the G-spot is typically located inside the vagina on the anterior (upper) wall. It is a small treasure trove of sensitive nerve endings around 1-3 inches inside the vaginal canal, and when women master stimulating it they can experience some truly mind-blowing feelings, and maybe even master female ejaculation. The P-spot, or prostate gland, is equally difficult to reach, being located between the male bladder and penis. The most effective way for a male to reach this is by entering the anus, and it will usually be located a few inches inside. Just like the G-Spot, the prostate can give you an entirely different type of orgasm, or for some lucky men, even multiple orgasms.

What is a G-Spot Vibrator?

Whatever your biology, even once you’ve located the G or P-spot it can be very difficult to effectively stimulate, particularly on your own. Even getting fingers to the location can be a bit of a challenge, and once there you need to bend and move them in ways that can range from uncomfortable to impossible, depending on the size of your hands. This is why many people turn to vibrators for this kind of stimulation.

The main feature of a G-spot vibrator is that it has a curved body. The motor is usually located right at the tip of the device. These factors combined mean that once you insert it, it is more effective at locating the G-spot, and more effective at stimulating it than your hands, other vibrators, or even other sex toys.

G-spot vibrators will typically have multiple functions, rather than just the one speed. Stimulating the G-spot or prostate gland can lead to some incredibly powerful orgasms, enveloping the entire area in warm, fuzzy feelings, and sometimes spreading much further throughout the body. Reaching this level of sexual pleasure though can take quite a lot longer than reaching a traditional orgasm. Having different speed settings to move between when the stimulation feels a little too much, or simply just to switch it up to prevent boredom with using the same setting, are both useful reasons for these vibrators to have multiple settings.

For women, G-spot massagers are able to produce some of the more intense feelings of sexual pleasure. Many women claim that G-spot orgasms are more exciting than any other type of orgasm they experience. Sometimes this will even lead to female ejaculation (sometimes called squirting), which is the expulsion of a fluid built up in the G-spot. The fluid is relatively clear, and a little bit sticky. When women experience ejaculation, they’ll often feel like they need to pee. As long as they’ve used the bathroom before they begin, the chances of actually peeing are minimal, and this feeling is simply the body wanting to expel this fluid from the G-spot

For men, it’s much the same story. A prostatic orgasm can be much more intense and powerful than a traditional penile orgasm, and may not be accompanied by ejaculation as they will be used to. Just like the G-spot, the prostate produces a fluid that will be built up and eventually expelled from the body. Prostatic fluid will usually be a little milkier in colour and consistency, but the feeling of needing to pee remains the same. Again, using the bathroom before you begin is advised, so that the chance of this actually happening is very low.

Using a G-Spot Vibrator

While the use of G-spot vibrators is generally not much different from any other type of vibrator, there are a few useful tips you can follow to make the experience a little easier and more enjoyable.

The key to this kind of stimulation is to relax into it. Due to the intense nature of the stimulation, and the feelings of needing to pee that accompany it, this can be difficult. Without relaxing though, it becomes much harder to actually reach the climax.

Another problem people have with this kind of stimulation is obsessing over the specific spot. You aren’t on a treasure hunt, trying to get to the end as quickly as possible. You’re pleasuring yourself, so try not to obsess over it too much. You’ll find it eventually, so sit back and enjoy it.

If you’re a man using these to stimulate their prostate, you’re going to want lubrication. The anus, unlike the vagina, does not produce any of its own lubrication. Inserting a vibrator into the anus while dry is a sure-fire way to kill the mood, and probably won’t lead you to much pleasure.

Once you’ve actually found the right place to stimulate, then simply sit back and enjoy it! You might want to try some different speeds or programs if your vibrator has these options, but in general, you’re just in it for the ride. As you near orgasm, the feelings can become incredibly intense, but it’s worth holding on that little bit longer to tip you over the edge. These orgasms can not only feel incredible at the time, but can also leave you so satisfied that you’ll be unable to move for a little while.

Using a G-Spot Vibrator During Sex

As with most sex toys, you can also try to incorporate a G-Spot vibrator into your sexual regime. Obviously for women, this is a little trickier, as to hit the G-Spot the vibrator will need to be inside the vagina. This means there’s only one place for the penis to go: the back door.

While having something in both of your sensitive areas at the same time might sound like a little bit too much, it can be fantastic. The anus is filled with many sensitive nerves, so it can be enjoyable to experience anal even without extra stimulation. Combine this with some G-Spot stimulation, and you’re well on your way to an orgasm you’ll never forget.

If a man chooses to use a G-Spot vibrator during sex it’s a little bit simpler, as their ideal location is inside the anus. This leaves the man free to go about his usual business. You might find that if he’s having his prostate stimulated while penetrating you, the erection is a little harder than normal, and he might go for it that little bit more. So even though he’s the only one feeling the buzz, you’re sure to get something out of the deal too.

G-Spot vibrators are a solid choice if you’re looking to take your sexual pleasure to the next level. While their use can be a little trickier and take a bit of practise, once you’ve mastered them you’ll be feeling things you never even dreamed possible. It all starts with a little step, so pick one up today and start your journey towards a better, stronger orgasm.
